Submit your group and event info through the Group Air form. Headcount, dates, destination, budget based on whatever you have.
Dedicated Group Air Manager
A dedicated manager contacts you to go over your needs, expectations, and any travel rules. If you are new to ALTOUR, we'll set up a quick statement of work before booking starts. If you are new to ALTOUR or your existing agreement doesn't include group air, we will set this up for you.
We book it
Traditional reservations or airline seat blocks, whichever fits your group. We cover rail too. You choose how bookings come in, from spreadsheet, email, call-in, or a registration tool like Cvent.
Confirmations go out
Straight to each traveler and your designated contacts. No forwarding, no follow-up on your end.
